⭐ DO NOT TELL ME TO HAVE "ARTISTIC FREEDOM" WITH YOU COMMISSION AT ALL IF YOU ARE PARTICULAR ABOUT YOUR COMMISSION. ARTISTIC FREEDOM IS AS IT SOUNDS. IT DOES NOT GIVE YOU ROOM TO BE CONSISTENTLY NITPICKY. I HAVE HAD MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH "ARTISTIC FREEDOM" IN THE PAST. SO IF YOU TELL ME TO DO THAT, CHANCES ARE YOUR IDEA WILL BE REJECTED.
⭐ BEFORE I TAKE PAYMENT I DO NOT ACCEPT BANK ACCOUNTS AS A FORM OF PAYMENT! I DO NOT ACCEPT STEAM GAMES AS A FORM OF PAYMENT. PLEASE SPECIFY IF YOU’RE PAYING WITH CREDIT BEFORE DISCUSSING ANY DETAILS.
⭐I WILL STATE THIS ONCE AND ONLY ONCE. FOR CLOTHING PATTERNS AND ADDITIONAL DETAILS, LIKE JEWELRY AND PATTERNS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA. THOSE PRICES CAN VARY. I DON'T DRAW THAT OFTEN, IF AT ALL. IF YOU'RE NOT WILLING TO PAY FOR THAT, THEN DON'T ASK FOR THOSE DETAILS.⭐If you need a commission expedited it will be an additional +$40
⭐ Clients inquiring about a commission should and will acknowledge that the client will be receiving an illustration in the Artist’s brand/style. I have the right to refuse the commission. Refer to my Do’s and Don’ts on my commission sheet for further info.⭐I ALLOW COLOR UPGRADES. PLEASE HAVE THE PIECE ON HAND YOU'D WANT TO UPGRADE.⭐ Commissions are not first come first serve. The artist will only accept commissions they are able and willing to take on at the moment. Be sure to make inquiries as specific and detailed as possible. (More References + Simplicity = Shorter Wait time)Commissions on average are completed within 1-3 weeks, depending on the current work schedule. Do not do on-the-spot tweaks and changes, it will slow the process down. If commissions are not delivered within the specified time window, the client will receive compensation in the form of discounts for future commissions and/or the requested tier shall be bumped up to accommodate.Approved commissions where information or payments are not made/given within the day of invoice will be forfeit.If pose references aren’t provided and I sketch out a pose and it’s not to your liking, I will implement extra charges due to not giving references, or you will be refunded.⭐ Wait times will vary considering the complexity and difficulty of the commission request. Average turnaround estimate is between 72 to 120 hours (3 to 5 business days). This can vary based on interest. At the moment TAT is up to a week and a half.⭐Comics, will take longer than a week and a half. Comics can take as long as 5 months or more, depending on complexity and commission interest. Slots for comics will always be limited. If sketches have been started, and you want a refund, you can only get a partial refund for comics.⭐PLEASE HAVE REF SHEES THAT ARE FLAT COLORED, IF THEY ARE SHADED I WILL POSSIBLY DECLINE THE COMMISSION. Clients with clear and concise references (Character/Poses/Backgrounds) will be prioritized over those without them. Please state if you want particular details in the commission (ex. Detailed imprints, tight bulges, etc.) when you inquire about a commission.⭐If a client wants their requested commission to be worked on privately or left anonymous when posted, the client must state this in the beginning or the heading of their commission info.⭐ I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR HUNTING YOU DOWN IF YOU CHANGE YOUR NAME CONSTANTLY ON DISCORD. IF I CAN NOT FIND YOU AFTER PAYMENT IS MADE, I WILL CONTINUE MY COMMISSIONS AS PER MY QUEUE. YOU ARE ALLOWED TO CHECK UP ON YOUR COMMISSION.⭐ PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS. Prices of base commissions will NOT be tolerated or negotiated. Payment plans are a valid option if full payment isn’t available to the client at time of requesting. If you are trying to negotiate or trying to get a lower price from the set price, I WILL refuse the commission.
⭐ Communication is a must during the commission process. A client being clear and confident in their request with the knowledge of the TOS and process will help reduce wait time.
⭐A character that needs to be designed will be full price of the commission. [THIS IS NOT A REF SHEET]⭐The commission will only begin once payment is received via Paypal invoice.
Please do not commission the artist if you are unprepared to pay full cost. All prices are expressed in U.S. dollars, and payments are expected to be made as such. The client is responsible for sending the correct amount, equal to the listed U.S. dollar amount.✧ PAYMENT OPTIONS ✧Payments must be made through Paypal.

Please be precise with asking for what you want changed. Consistent editing will result in extra charges to be discussed since they can vary in price.✧Cancellation/Refunding✧A Full Refund is available during the Agreement Phase.
A 50% Refund is available during the Sketching Phase.

A: For only my closest friends. Please don't try to befriend me for free art. You will be blocked. Same goes for requests. I don't do either for people I don't know.Q: Do you do payment plans?
A: Yes, I do. However, rough sketches won't be started until it's paid in half, and you'll only get half. Comic commissions, that are paid in half, half of the comic commission will be sketched out. Then when paid in full, the rest will be finished.Q: Can I finish your sketches?
A: If it's my personal art, please don't. Commissions, do as you please.
